Design Solution:

For my design, I wanted to create an illustration that shows both the innocence and chaos of being a child. To convey this, I used a red and blue multiplied effect to represent the two sides. The glasses are used to take the viewer "through the lens of a child." Most of my days in elementary school were spent doodling in the margins of my notes. The doodles in this project illustrate certain moments from the poem mixed with chaotic elements that represent youth.
